Read all the info on www.arc.au.com Light Up page, so you can see how ARC operates; sign up to the mailing lists, below; and if we have a council promoter in your part of the world, we'll put you in touch with them. If not, we will try to help you find one. The only people we know running general access shows in Melbourne, at the moment, are in Kingston. Is that anywhere near you? Tks fr yr interest.
