Australian Rock Company Ltd (ARC), in association with one of our member companies Mushroom Marketing has been engaged by The National Bank of Australasia (NAB), to coordinate a series of music workshops, in secondary schools around Australia, to help commemorate the bank 's 150th year. These workshops are being held in selected high schools, to provide interactive education in songwriting , music and the Music Industry, in general.
ARC is looking to hold these events at high schools, to coincide, wherever possible, with the touring schedule below. The workshops would run for about 1 hour, with a school fundraiser, short acoustic performance afterwards, schedules permitting. We would need access areas where workshops &/or performances will be held approx 1 hour before the show, to set up a PA system.
There is absolutely no cost involved in these events, nor are their any duties imposed on schools, beyond ensuring adequate teacher supervision. All workshop staff, equipment and entertainment is provided free of charge.
For the workshop - up to 40 students , or more, can be accommodated. The free post workshop performance concerts, with gold coin donation are able to fundraise for any arts, entertainment and communication project you might have in mind . Performances could be open to the whole school, including parents, friends & family, at the school's discretion.
